- Our client in the events industry has a passion for delivering innovative temporary structures and is seeking an experienced Foreman to join their team.
As a Foreman your duties will include:
-Safe erection and dismantling of temporary structures
-Managing an on site team of up to 8
-Ensuring all jobs are finished to the highest standard
-Overseeing Health & Safety of all
-Liaising with clients
Foreman essential requirements:
-Proven experience working with temporary structures
-Previous experience as a foreman
-Can work flexibly
-A full UK Driving licence
-Strong leadership skills
-Hands on and hard working
-Strong communication skills
If you hold a Counter Balance or Telehandler forklift licence and you are MUTA structure safe trained, this would be an advantage. It would also be beneficial if you hold a Class C driving licence.
For this role you will be required to work 50 hours a week based on 5 days out of 7, including weekends. 'Normal' hours of work are 7am - 5pm however this may change during busy periods, therefore flexibility is an essential requirement.
