- Description
- We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Service Manager to join our successful and longstanding client in Bicester.
With good customer service experience and working knowledge of Excel, it will be your responsibility to manage and settle warranty claims, work closely with dealers and efficiently resolve customer grievances.
Hands-on technical ability is also required to troubleshoot technical issues and inspection of warranty goods along with providing technical advice to the workshop.
The ideal candidate will be from a Mechanical Engineering field, with a love for engines and knowledge of the warranty process.
