Our client is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead their new restaurant.
Responsibilities:
*Overall responsibility for the Restaurant and Bar
*Plan orders of stock, equipment and materials
*Stock management
*Responsibility for hiring, managing and training staff
*Maintain staff workload
*Records of payroll and staff attendance
*Reporting to the General Manager
*Ensure issues are reported and dealt with quickly
*Budgeting and planning
Requirements:
*Experience as a Restaurant, Bar or Operations Manager
*Leadership and Management skills
*Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
*Excellent communication skills
*Awareness and knowledge of all H&S aspects
*Credentials in Heath & Safety
This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, this will include weekend work and some late hours, so flexibility is essential. Due to the rural location, it is essential you have a driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
