Key Responsibilities
*Responsibilities across Exhibits and ideally experience within Live events/meetings production but not essential
*Develop and execute major exhibition projects within the Pharmaceuticals space on behalf of Global Pharmaceutical and health sector clients
*Experience within the Pharma industry a bonus!
*Exhibit projects from 10 to 1000m2 including facilitation, management of exhibit and event digital tactics working both internally and externally with third party agencies
*Take ownership of client account, project, budgeting, invoicing and reconciliation of projects, ensuring profitability and that corporate margins are met
*Working with internal/external design team manage the exhibit/event design and concept development process adopting a creative and innovation attitude
*Negotiate best price from external suppliers/contractors
*Manage account/project financials through Procim providing financial updates to Managing Director when requested
*Responsible for organic growth within your respective account/s. Sourcing pitch and additional project opportunities via existing clients and where possible identifying new business leads
*Where possible "fill the white space" working with the extended company teams. Be an ambassador for the company.
*Manage internal/external resources to deliver client projects on time and to agency quality standards
*Establish project deliverable timelines and manage timelines for deliverables effectively
*Work in a productive and flexible manner to manage own project workload
*Have ability to put together compelling and effective project solutions/client proposals
*Act as central point of contact for all aspects of a project and colleagues as appropriate
*Lead exhibition project and pitch processes through design and proposal content and end delivery to client
*Input into design through potential manufacture and production routes
*Put together the final proposal and supporting documentation that answers the client brief and are within the specified budget
*Provide high quality campaign execution, which may include the involvement of appropriate 3rd party resources from within both the internal/external infrastructure of the agency. Whilst ensuring all campaigns adhere to the relevant legal and regulatory restrictions
*Responsible for the effective and profitable management of client account and their projects with a "can do" attitude
*Take responsibility for the design of any project you are involved in, from initial concept through to client delivery
*Actively follow all "Sign Off" procedures and comply with agreed agency guidelines
*Foster key internal business relationships, i.e. Finance, Human Resources, I.T, Digital etc.
*Ensure compliance of all activity with relevant client and internal regulatory bodies
*Have a voice, utilise your ideas and share them with the agency. No idea is a bad idea
*Keep abreast of industry changes, new technology, attending shows and reading literature, where applicable
*Strive to ensure highest quality in all our events, exceeding customer expectation and continually improving and innovating our service so that we deliver our sustainability commitment.

Key Skill Requirements
*Have an understanding of the industry we work in and the media available to us
*Know how to work constructively with others, demonstrate solid delegation skills where required
*Manage self and other expectations, having the ability to "bounce back"
*Have proven ability to come up with ideas/solutions to specific executions which answer the brief
*Possess solid negotiation skills (Suppliers, contractors etc)
*Have a keen eye for creative and detail
*Possess a high level of competency in written English and verbal communication skills
*Through excellence build trust and reputation within client account
*Show tenacity and resilience in all that you do

Core Tasks
*Complete responsibility for own Exhibit & Live meeting account/s and projects together with all operational and financial components
*Ensure costs are monitored accurately ensuring the correct margins are achieved
*Liaise/manage both internal and external resources applied to your project/activity with on site and manufacturing contractors to monitor quality and finish
*Liaise with congress secretariats, venue organisers etc to arrange on site services such as power, internet, H&S procedures etc
*Ensure correct accordance with H&S compliance
*Attend on site to oversee project/exhibit implementation. Be the point for contact for Client on site at handover
*Travel-attendance at client meetings, telcons, site visits and trade shows where appropriate
*Post show budget reconciliation
*Take ownership of own career development. Adherence to personal development process
