- Description
- My client who specialise in precision engineering, based close to Aylesbury are looking for skilled CNC Millers and Turners with a minimum of 3 years working experience in CNC programming and setting, to join them on a permanent basis.
You will be involved in the manufacture of specialist parts/ products for the Motor sport, Oil and Gas and Aerospace industries.
CNC Turner
You will be responsible for the following:
*The setting of Doosan and Mazak Lathes
*Working to close tolerances on a variety of materials
*Working form technical engineering drawings
*High precision machining
*To have a working knowledge of Fanuc Control
A working knowledge in Fanuc 30i Control & Edgecam Program experience would be ideal for this role.
CNC Miller
You will be responsible for the following:
*Setting Matsuura & HASS CNC vertical machine centres
*High precision engineering
*Working to very close tolerances on a variety of materials
*To read and follow technical drawings
*To operate tools to drawings
*To have a working knowledge of Fanuc Control
Knowledge of 30/31 Fanuc Control would be an advantage.
Depending on experience, the annual salary for both roles are between £26,000 and £37,000. There is also a performance related bonus available to employees.
There are three shifts available
Early shift: Monday to Friday, 6am- 2:15pm
Late shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm- 10:15pm
Night shift: Monday to Thursday, 9pm- 7am
28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays.
The company will contribute 3% towards your NEST government pension once you have completed your 3-month probation.
