Description
Our Buckingham based client is one of the largest providers of equipment for the construction industry and they are seeking a Parts Sales Co-ordinator on a permanent, full time basis.

As a Parts Sales Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all customers. It will be your responsibility to process orders on the system, liaise with the technical team, provide technical spare parts information and manage telephone and email enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

-Delivering first class customer service to customers
-Meeting SLA's and quality standards
-Resolving customer queries regarding spare parts
-Keeping up to date with all technical knowledge
-Managing external customers and internal departments based in Germany, France and the US
-To be familiar with and follow all documented procedures
-Aim to learn both the UK and overseas side of the business
-Working within a Warehouse environment when necessary and be trained in the use of equipment i.e. Forklift truck

You will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. This role with require high product knowledge as such, you will have some experience with or knowledge of engineering and hydraulics/electrics/pneumatics. You will demonstrate good IT skills and have excellent written and verbal skills.

You will be required to assist in the Warehouse at times and operate machinery therefore, general physical fitness is required. Forklift training will be given but if you already hold a licence this would be an advantage.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-4pm
