- Description
- We have an exciting new opening to work alongside some of the world's most luxurious brands in one of the most recognisable shopping destinations on the planet, and as such we are seeking Sales Associates for various roles who can demonstrate outstanding standards of customer service.
You will be able to clearly identify and explain the meaning of exemplary customer experience, recognise brands and understand current fashion trends.
You will have the opportunity to work with luxury goods on a day to day basis and subsequently have the ability to understand the needs of your guest and adapt your service to fulfil them.
Key Responsibilities;
-Representing the brand in the best possible manner at all times
-Engaging with guests and providing exemplary guest experience
-Ensuring the store is always maintained to a high standard both through replenishment and visual standards
Essential Skills and Experience;
-A minimum of 1 years' experience working in a customer facing environment
-Attention to detail
-The ability to work as part of a team and on your own in a motivated and positive manner
-Reliability and flexibility to work around others
-Experience working in a KPI driven environment
-A good level of written and spoken English
Beneficial Skills and Experience;
-Previous experience working with a luxury fashion retailer
-The ability to communicate to an advanced level in a second language
-The ability to track and monitor KPI's with clear understanding of how to influence them
