Description
Due to continued growth, our client based in Haddenham are seeking a highly motivated and proactive administrator to join their busy team on a permanent, full time basis.

Key Responsibilities:-
*Managing customer exchanges
*Liaising with workshop and transport managers to arrange deliveries and maintain customer contact
*Manage return inspection and record all details on master company spreadsheets
*Receiving "missing or damaged" information from workshop or despatch with photographs and damage description
*Liaising with senior management regarding damage and loss quotes
*Emailing quotes to customers, chasing purchase orders and invoice approval
*Recording all details electronically and on master company spreadsheets
*Assisting MD with general administration such as reminders and diary arrangements and personal activities
*Answering office telephones


Experience, Knowledge and Skills required
*Good interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent time management and organisational skills
*Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly telephone manner
*Working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
*Good attention to detail
