- Our well established Bicester based client are currently expanding their online services and require a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle consumer feedback/complaints and provide appropriate solutions
* Manage daily emails and calls, and answer general enquiries
* Provide accurate information to customers
* Update the companies CRM system
* Report any problems / discrepancies with other departments
* Update the company's website and other social media channels
* Analyse consumer reviews
Requirements for the role:
* At least 3 years' experience working in a consumer support / client service / administrative role
* Strong telephone and active listening skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (ideally SAP)
* Customer focused and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and verbal skills
