Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 p/a
Job Type: Permanent (12-month maternity cover)
Working Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Location: Bicester
Equation Recruitment are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our award-winning clients Bicester team. The main purpose of this role is to provide Sales support to contractors throughout the UK and Ireland. If you have great customer service skills, a fantastic telephone manner and a can-do attitude. This could be the role for you!
Your main responsibilities:
*Issue quotations, process orders and organise call off deliveries.
*Deal with delivery queries in a timely manner.
*Keep both internal and external customer.
*Customer support via telephone.
*Site contact telephone calls to be made on a weekly basis.
*Adhoc site visits.
*Support the administration function in a busy office environment.
*Keep both internal and external customers informed on the progress of an order.
*Enter and update client and project data in the CRM.
What you need:
*Ideally business experience and technical knowledge related to the construction industry.
*Experience in dealing with internal and external customers of all backgrounds and knowledge levels.
*Exceptional telephone manner.
*Knowledge of Outlook, MS Office (especially excel) and SAP.
*Commitment to maintaining the database with a high level of accuracy.
*Experience with CRM.
