Salary: £23,000 - £29,000 p/a
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Bicester
Are you an experienced administrator looking for a change or a new challenge? We at Equation Recruitment, are looking for someone with a self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude who wants to be part of an ever-growing, successful business.
Your main responsibilities:
*Allocating uniform/vehicle fire extinguishers and first aids kit as well as making sure they are in date.
*Organising the daily schedule for the central service deliveries making sure all the relevant information is given to drivers prior to them leaving the yard
*Managing the administration of the company vehicle fleet e.g. checking insurance is up to date, insuring new vehicles, servicing, repairs and MOT's.
*Admin support for the entire company Health and Safety procedures
*Supporting the Goods In function as required.
*Ensuring all records regarding out-going goods are correct.
*Assist with other general duties as and when required by the company.
What you need:
*Previous logistics and administration experience.
*Working knowledge of company specific software, applications, and Microsoft Office programmes - specifically Excel.
*Great organisational skills.
*Customer service and telephone skills.
*A full UK driving licence and vehicle (due to location).
