Salary: £13.13 p/h
Contract: Temp-to-perm
Location: Bicester
Equation Recruitment are looking for a Transport Administrator to join our clients Bicester team.
Main Responsibilities:
*Act as the key facilitator between various stakeholders to ensure that deliveries are made on time and orders are being delivered as per our customers' expectations.
*The role includes booking and debriefing drivers,
*preparing invoices and trip sheets,
*e-mailing and communicating with relevant departments, customers or suppliers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
*Experience in a similar fast paced work environment
*Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office and Outlook
*Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
*Attention to details
*Ability to work efficiently independently and as a team
*Ability to prioritise work
*Previous experience in transport department and intermediate computer skills essential.
Shifts Available are:
*Sunday to Thursday 8pm-4am
*Thursday to Monday 8pm - 4am
*Sunday to Thursday 9pm - 5am
*Tuesday to Saturday 10pm - 6am
