Technical Administrator

Salary: £25,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Bicester

Description:
Equation Recruitment are excited to be looking for an experienced Technical Administrator to join our client's team as their business continues to expand quickly. The successful candidates will assist our clients Technical Team with administrative support including responsibilities to include controlling all aspects of administration of product technical and maintaining of databases whilst promoting a culture of quality achievement and performance improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
* Compile customer product specifications and review and update them as required.
* By requesting suppliers, complete supplier questionnaires, ensure raw material specifications are available for all components and packaging used or being trialled on site and supplier files are kept up to date with the relevant accreditation certificates and questionnaires.
* Implementing the activation of non-conformance procedures / Technical Concessions for Technical Manager where applicable (example use of non-approved supplier for a trial).
* Assist with ensuring all equipment requiring calibration is sent in a timely manner to maintain the site calibration matrix.
* Conduct checks and auditing of internal departments when required.
* Liaise with production management team to ensure all paperwork is correct ready for sign-off and issue.
* Log, investigate and follow-up on all customer complaints and resolve internal and external issues as required with support of the technical team
* In accordance with site schedules Technical KPI's are collated and issued
* Ad-Hoc duties including helping Technical team with holiday / absence cover.
