Administrator

Salary: £12.24 per hour
Working Hours: Early shift (flexible), Monday to Friday
Location: Bicester

Equation Recruitment are looking for and administrator to add to our client's team in a number of key areas. Are you passionate about the job you do? The purpose of this role is to assist H&S and Facilities manager with coordinating site requests, organising PPMs and callouts, managing diaries, filling systems and other jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Logging site request.
* Organising maintenance via phone and email.
* Organising PPM's schedules and contractors.
* Ensuring all health and safety legal accepts are in line with the works of contractors.
* Assisting facilities and health and safety manager with internal and external audits and inspections.
* Controlling and issuing access passes.
* Supporting with obtaining quotes and invoice queries.
* Managing contractors while these are carrying works on site.
* Maintaining required levels of consumables on site and ordering those when required.
* Assisting site to ensure that all business compliance standards are met.
* Inputting and updating data in to excel and other system.
* Preparing weekly and monthly KPI's.
* Support site management with maintenance requests.
