 Temp to Perm

 Working Hours:

• Monday – Wednesday: 6am – 6pm
• Thursday: 6am – 4pm

Our Bicester-based client is seeking motivated Production Operatives on a Temp to Perm basis to support their busy packing department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a thriving production environment, with the chance to progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging and labelling of products
• Weighing and measuring raw materials
• Packing products into tubs, bottles, or stand-up pouches
• Operating production machinery
• Assisting with powder blending

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a busy production environment is desirable
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently within set timeframes
• Team player with a positive attitude
