Description
We are recruiting for a Parts Sales Co-ordinator on a full-time basis in Buckingham.

Basic function and purpose of the role:
* You will be the first point of contact for all customers who are wanting to order spare parts from the company.
* Process orders on the system
* Deal with all telephone and email enquiries
* Provide support and advise on brand and spare parts information to internal and external customers
* Liaise with the technical team to identify any spare parts requirements
* Learn from other team areas of the business

You will ideally;
* Be someone who is very interested in, and retains, technical information relating to engineering
* Have strong product knowledge covering Mechanical, Diesel electric and Hydraulic cranes and access equipment produced in the many brands
* Have some experience with, or knowledge of the Crane Service Industry or an Engineering background
* Excellent written and verbal skills, and customer service experience
* Strong IT skills, ability to prioritise work and flexibility in working hours - some extra weekday or weekend work may be required

Key responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service when ordering spare parts on behalf of customers via phone, email and web based processes
* Keeping up to date with all technical knowledge related to the job role and request further training if needed
* Resolving customer queries & enquiries regarding spare parts ordering, catalogue or spare parts brands
* Be familiar with, and follow all documented procedures and working practices relevant to the role
* Aim to learn both the UK and overseas side of the spare business

Educational requirements:
High School or GED
Field of Study: Engineering
2-4 years' experience
