- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a personable, hardworking Customer Service Team Leader to join our successful Bicester Client.
As a proactive Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day to day management of team members and be responsible for coaching and guiding them to ensure KPI's and SLA's are met.
The ideal candidate will lead by example and be passionate about people and experienced in both line management and handling customer escalations when necessary. You must be confident, friendly and professional with a good understanding of customer service.
You must have previous experience managing a team, excellent MS Office skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced industry and experienced in delegating and monitoring tasks. SAP experience is desirable.
