- We have a fantastic Customer Service opportunity to work with our Bicester based client covering a 1 year maternity contract.
You will be responsible in maintaining an exceptional level of customer service in all aspects of the role as well as promoting the company's Brand.
Main Responsibilities
*Respond to all customer enquiries received via telephone, e-mail, Social Media and post.
*Provide customers with accurate information and advice across the entire product range
*Record individual customer enquiries on SAP
*Manage customer product replacements, product refunds, mail order and promotions
*Promote products and encourage customers to upgrade to newest technology
*Cover Reception as required
*Highlight customer issues to Product Managers and Line Managers ensuring escalation procedure is followed
*Complete specific projects as advised by Line Manager
Professional Experience
*Ideally to have had Customer Service experience.
*Excellent written and spoken English.
*PC Literate - Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
