- Evening production shifts available now! Guaranteed immediate starts, on a first come, first serve basis, you could be working for a Luxury food manufacturer based in Bicester.
Various Production Operative positions are available. You will be working as part of a friendly team on one of 5 production lines, ensuring the accurate packaging of luxury food items before they are shipped to all large, reputable stores across the UK.
This company can offer on-going, long term work to Production Operatives who enjoy the role and work well. You will gain the opportunity to learn all aspects of the role and work across all areas of production, making yourself an asset to the business.
All areas of production are now chilled, so staff will need to wear warm clothes, however, all footwear is provided. As you will be in contact with unpackaged food products, there are strict hygiene procedures to adhere to. As such, an induction will need to be carried out at the Equation Recruitment offices, Deans Court, Bicester. This will only take a matter of minutes and we will assist you.
Working hours are 4pm -1am Monday to Friday. (This could be reduced during the training period, however, during very busy periods you may be required to work a Sunday which can be offered at an overtime rate.)
