- Due to continued growth and expansion within their business, our heavy industry manufacturing client located in Poole are now seeking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer/Technician to work on their double days shift pattern.
The shift pattern will be working 40 hours per week. The patter is Week 1 Mon-Fri 6am-2pm and week 2 2pm-10pm. The salary for this role is between £31,100 and £33,500 per annum NEG DOE
You must have experience in a commercial/industrial electrical maintenance setting and be qualified to appropriate levels because it is essential that you can hit the ground running.
You should have proven experience in the maintenance of modern complex electrical control systems, incorporating PLC's, hydraulics, and pneumatics. It is also essential that you can conduct proactive maintenance and fault finding under time sensitive constraints.
You should be a time served Electrician/Electrical Technician and be ideally be HNC level qualified within a relevant subject - this would be a distinct advantage.
A genuine multi skilled approach together with the ability to work independently and as part of a skilled maintenance team is essential.
Core abilities to include pro-active maintenance, fault diagnosis and rectification, all within time sensitive constraints. Experience in a similar industry/working environment preferred.
