- Due to continuous growth, expansion and development within their company, my client is now seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator into their team
You will be joining a stable and expanding business that has continued to grow year on year since their inception and join a team of friendly and enthusiastic individuals.
Due to the location on the outskirts of Bicester it is essential that you own and drive your own vehicle.
As a Sales Administrator you will be providing administrative support and issue customer documentation for new sales, leads and enquiries by email, telephone and liaise with the customer to confirm they have received the information; discussing any queries or questions they may have. Additionally, you will manage an effective diary to arrange call backs and maximise client satisfaction.
As the Sales Administrator you will assist with "at need" enquiries and administrative duties as required. Occasionally situations may also arise that require you to support other teams within the business outside of the sales office.
To support the accounts team, you will review customer payment data and respectfully liaise with the customer to query/remedy any possible problems.
Key Responsibilities
*Putting together and posting a variety of potential/new customer documentation.
*Assist and answer any customer queries relating to information distributed
*Deal efficiently and effectively with all telephone calls into the office, ensuring that all messages are delivered appropriately.
*Ensuring all paperwork is completed and updating the CRM system with service details and clients' details ensuring 100% accuracy at all times.
*Ensure conformity with data protection and GDPR legislation relating to the handling of client information.
*Ensuring that paperwork is delivered within time limits to all concerned.
*Undertake such tasks as directed in order to promote the business.
*Support the team in the achievement of key performance targets
*Work with the Office Manager and colleagues to ensure the office is covered effectively.
*Be responsible for ensuring clients are received and greeted in the appropriate manner.
*Maximise opportunities to develop the services offered to clients.
*Responsible for ensuring all client complaints are dealt with appropriately in accordance with the Complaints Procedure.
*Research competitors' activities and report key developments to the Office Manager.
*Accept all payments and ensuring the appropriate procedures are followed including issuing a receipt on every occasion, ensuring that monies received are banked as soon as possible.
*Ensure accurate records are kept.
*Communicate with the accounts team to inform them of any change in payment method.
*Display a professional, smart image and attitude at all times.

Due to the level of required administration, coordination and adherence to high standards of accuracy it is essential that you have experience within a similar role working for a commercial office environment.
You will need excellent Microsoft office (both word and excel) skills and possess an excellent eye for detail in your work.
