Salary: £23,000-£25,000 per annum
Location: Bicester
Contract: PermanentMain Responsibilities:
- Sales order processing and administration
- Raising returns
- Issuing credit notes
- Maintain accurate up to date dealer information
- Sales desk enquiries including product information and pricing
- Reporting to Sales Office Manager
- Raising job cards
- Cover for Sales Co-ordinators/Office Administrators as required
- Following KPI's and sales targets
- Dealing with any customer complaints
Skills required:
- High level of Customer Service and Administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure and in a structured, efficient manner
- Thorough attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Can learn quickly
Experience required:
- Experience working in a busy office - preferably within Sales
- Computer skills essential in Microsoft Office
- O'Level/GCSE standard or equivalent
