Equation Recruitment are looking for a Commodity Product Administrator to join our client's team.
Job Summary
A great opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual with experience in managing product information, to join our clients team.
You will take ownership of data management within the procurement team. Supporting the procurement team and wider stakeholder community to drive customer satisfaction across the business.
As a key member of the team, you will have a central role in supporting all procurement activity within the business. You will get involved in a variety of projects and contribute directly to driving the overall success of the organisation.
This is a role critical to the growth and development of the business. You'll be working within a small, high-performance team, reporting to the Head of Procurement. The space for personal career development and increased responsibilities within this role are limited by your own ambition.
Key Dimensions
* Manage all suppliers contact documentation & central supply agreements ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies.
* Manage all product data is accurate and complete.
* Ensure product data requirements complies with business needs.
* Liaise with suppliers to collect and collate all necessary product information.
* Manage the onboarding of new products and the delisting of products.
* Manage the communication of all new lines within the wider business.
* Manage the communication of price changes within the business.
* Produce regular reports detailing product and range information.
* Provide regular updates to The Head of Procurement on progress, opportunities, and roadblocks.
Skills And Experience
* You will be experienced in buying/procurement/pricing processes within a commercial setting, ideally within Hospitality industry.

* Outstanding communication skills across all levels of the business.
* Project management capability.
* Ability to work at pace.
* Proven track record of delivering effective reports and consistent robust data.

* Competent user of all common IT applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
