We’re looking for an exceptionally organised, people-focused, and purposeful Delivery Coordinator to take the reins on ensuring our award-winning SaaS solutions client are delivering to their customers on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

What You’ll Do as a Delivery Coordinator

As their Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be the beating heart of project delivery:

• Coordinate Customer Meetings. Own your schedule, arrange and manage all client interactions.
• Keep Projects on Track, monitor progress, overcome milestones, and ensure all deliverables hit agreed timelines.
• Liaise & Communicate, Function as the go-to connection between customers, internal teams, stakeholders, and partners.
• Manage Resources, align availability with demand, ensuring we always have the right people in the right place at the right time.
• Anticipate & Resolve Risks, spot potential hurdles and work with our operations Director on smart solutions.
• Maintain Documentation, Keep reports, meeting minutes, and status updates accurate and current.
• Overachieve, aim not just to meet expectations, but to exceed them, creating real value for our customers.
