The Role of the Production Operative;

The Production Operative will:

• Uphold strict Health & Safety, Quality, and Hygiene standards, reporting issues without delay.
• Carry out dimensional and visual checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Set and operate machinery both manually and through computer systems.
• Demonstrate flexibility across different machines, ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives under the guidance of the Team Leader.
• Maintain accurate production records while helping improve KPIs through efficient resource use.
• Reduce downtime by planning ahead and ensuring material availability.
• Assist in task prioritisation to maximise overall team productivity.
