To £20 per hour + 25% shift uplift- Monday–Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
- Friday: 13:00 – 20:00

Role as the CNC Miller
As a CNC Miller Setter Operator, you will play a pivotal role in the daily activities of the manufacturing team, setting and operating a variety of modern machining centres across the facility.
What they’re Looking For
- Strong experience as a Setter/Operator across 3- and 5-axis CNC machining centres
- Ideally from a precision engineering or prototype environment
- Working knowledge of Heidenhain, Hurco or Mazatrol controls
- Ability to confidently read engineering drawings and perform in-process dimensional and visual checks using appropriate measurement tools
- Experience machining a variety of metals and plastics
- Excellent communicator, able to give clear feedback to operators and engineers
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload efficiently
- Willingness to mind multiple machines when required
- Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously and solving problems independently
