- Due to continued expansion and growth within their business, our Bicester based fine food logistics/manufacturing client are seeking to recruit a few Warehouse Operatives to join their expanding teams.
We have several temporary to permanent vacancies available, working day shifts 6am-4pm. You will have Saturdays off, plus one day in the week which will be confirmed. Ideally you will have worked within a warehouse role, however full training can be given. It is essential that you are physically fit and able to lift 15-25kg because for some of these positons no reasonable adjustment can be provided, however from time to time we do get light duty work here so please still apply. The role of warehouse is working with order sheets to pick items, box and palletise items ready for dispatch. Please be aware that this is a cold environment. You wont be expected to work in a freezer but you must be prepared for it to be slightly cold.
These are temporary to permanent roles and you will be working for Equation Recruitment as an agency worker before being transferred to permanent. Once permanent, you become entitled to receive a shift premium for attending all shifts within a week which can add up to £300 per month (dependent on the role, area and shifts worked).
Once permanent you can work additional hours and these are paid at enhanced rates of pay.
