- Description
- Our client in the events industry is based in a small village just 20 minutes from Bicester and they are seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team.
In this role you will be working in a close-knit team, some of your duties will include:
-Handling orders
-Building client relationships
-Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
-Marketing
-Job costing
-Handling general queries
-Attending client meetings when needed
For this role you will need to be extremely organised, professional, confident and have an excellent telephone manner. You must be willing to get involved with all aspects of work and be a very good multi tasker. If you have experience in organising events this would be an advantage.
Required skills:
-IT & Microsoft office
-Previous Admin experience in a similar role
-Experience using adobe in-design is an advantage
-Valid UK driving licence
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Due to the rural location of the company, it is essential you have a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
