- Description
- We are looking for an experienced permanent production operative to join our prestigious Bicester client.
This role is on a shift rotation system, one week earlies (6am - 2.30pm) one week lates (2.15pm - 10.45pm) and one week nights (10.30pm - 6.15am).
Main responsibilities
*Booking of finished goods into finished goods warehouse by each completed pallet.
*Ensure the quality of the production work and the completion of data documentation.
*Cooperation with the warehouse service, in order to keep internal material flow.
*Cooperation with quality control, in order to produce the product to the quality standards.
*Cooperation with the maintenance service, in order to perform preventive maintenance and/or repairs of equipment after break down.
*Adhere to all Health and safety instructions and ensure a very high level of cleanliness are maintained
*Ensure good housekeeping at all times.
*Work flexibly within the agreed shift patterns. Shift patterns can range from single weekday shifts to 24/7.
*Ad hoc duties as requested by your line manager.
Professional Experience
*2 Years work experience in an automated serial production plant as a machine minder.
*IT skills - MRP systems, WMS systems
*Technical experience of production machinery, desirable.
*Flexible and adaptable
*Independent
*Self motivated
