Equation Recruitment is proud to be working with Oxfordshire Mind as its chosen charity partner for the next two years.

Founded in 1967, Oxfordshire Mind run a wide range of services for people who are affected by mental health problems. Services include; the Oxfordshire Mind Information Line, Workplace Training, Wellbeing Support, Benefits Advice, TransitionaHousing Services, Physical Activities, and Talking Therapies.

On announcing the partnership, Alex Dean, Equation Recruitment’s Client Account Manager, said “We are delighted that Equation Recruitment has been given the opportunity to partner with such a fantastic charity.”

“We have already seen the work first-hand with James Richardson and Colette Norbury presenting at our client networking events to talk about mental health in the workplace, which proved hugely successful.”

In supporting Oxfordshire Mind, Equation Recruitment will be undertaking fundraising events throughout the year.

We want to say a BIG thank you to all of you who came along to Deans Court Market, played our tombola, lucky dip and brought cakes. 

Due to your support we have managed to raise £160 for the Hummingbird Centre in Bicester! 

The Hummingbird Centre is a truly worthy cause, they offer a relaxed and supportive place for cancer patients. 

"The Hummingbird Centre is a great place to meet people, get information, talk to their team, be pampered and have fun. We have created a space for you to come and relax, escape your daily life and pressures and have the opportunity to talk to people who can help and support you both practically and emotionally".
